Topic: How to promote resilience in our kids and set them up for success in school and in life

Life is full of joys... but we also know that life can be hard sometimes, and it is important to be able to cope, and bounce back. Resilience is this ability to achieve positive outcomes (mentally, emotionally, and socially) despite adversity. As our babies grow into little humans that spend more time out in the world, there are things parents can do to strengthen our children's resilience, and help them cope with change and challenges that school may bring.

Guided by research in social and emotional development and resilience, this webinar offers parents useful information and practical strategies for supporting their own and their children's emotional resilience, that can set the stage for success and well-being in school and beyond.
