Hi, I’m Mona. For more than 15 years, I’ve helped women build businesses that grow with their lives, not against them.

But it didn’t start that way. In a few short years, I became a wife, a mom, and an entrepreneur. Each role came with overwhelming responsibilities. For a while, I believed I had only two options: be a good mom OR a successful business owner. Not both.

It took years of trial, study, and learning the hard way to figure out the choice wasn’t real. The key was harmony. My business couldn’t thrive if I wasn’t thriving. If my home life was stressful, my work would be too. The fix was treating my life and business as one whole, not opposing forces.

Inner Circle is everything I’ve learned about that, in one room: strategy, support, and a community of mompreneurs who get it. It’s not about me. It’s about you, and the women you’ll grow with.

Hi, I’m Mona. For more than 15 years, I’ve helped women build businesses that grow with their lives, not against them.
